Student groups can enjoy 30% discount on
renting venues. Renting groups must present relevant valid documents to receive
the discount.
Each booking should not be less than one
hour, or it will be counted as one hour; more than 15 minutes overtime will be
counted as one hour.
Terms and conditions
o
The venue rental is for groups
only. If members want to make individual renting, application would be approved
separately and considered individually.
o
The earliest application can be
submitted 3 months before the hire date. Application must be made at least 3
working days before the hired date, and the payment must be settled 3 working
days before the hired date.
o
The purpose of venue rental
must be indicated at the time of application. If the process of activity does
not stick to the application purpose, the Centre has the right to immediately
terminate its using right without any refund.
o
If the venue facilities are
damaged during the leasing period, tenant must compensate according to the value.
o
The Centre reserves the right
of final decision on all uses and leasing terms.
